How long is your turnaround time?
Orders with non-personalised goods are processed within 3-5 business days and orders with personalised goods may take up to 1-2 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. Any goods purchased with the Mystery Box will be shipped together on an allocated dispatch date. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please refer to the delivery guidelines below for postage within Australia, New Zealand and International Shipping.
Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Are the stamps refillable?
Yes, all stamps sold at teacherlatte can be reinked with a teacherlatte branded refill ink as all our colours are custom made.
How many impressions can a stamp make?
Our stamps can make up to thousands of impressions when reinked.
Do you offer wholesale/school pricing?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a solution.
