How long is your turnaround time?
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Any goods purchased with the Mystery Box will be shipped together on an allocated dispatch date.
Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Are the stamps refillable?
Yes, all stamps sold at teacherlatte can be reinked.
How many impressions can a stamp make?
Our stamps can make up to hundreds of impressions and still produce clear and crisp images when reinked.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
