Processing Time
There is a processing time before delivery.
Orders with non-personalised goods are processed within 5 business days and orders with personalised goods can take up to 2 weeks to make before dispatch. Please allow an extra 3-5 business days during our busier times e.g. large volume of orders, November-January period, sales and public holidays.
Please consider the information below for delivery within Australia, New Zealand and International Shipping, this is a guide only and postage may be impacted by factors outside of our control (e.g. COVID restrictions, severe weather events, public holidays and Christmas). A notification will be emailed with tracking information once your order has been shipped via Australia Post.
If you select express shipping, this means that your delivery will be significantly faster than standard shipping, however it does not mean that your order has been prioritised during processing. We process orders by first come first serve basis. We recommend express shipping for special occasions e.g. gift giving if you would like to fasten the delivery.

Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TEACHERLATTE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number which you can use to check its status. Please allow 2 business days for the tracking information to become available.
If you have any issues, please contact us at support@teacherlatte.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
All sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@teacherlatte.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and we will send a replacement stamp or issue a refund.
