Processing and Shipping Information

Delivery delays may occur due to extended COVID-19 restrictions and high parcel volumes.

Processing Time

Orders with non-personalised goods are processed within 3-5 business days and orders with personalised goods are processed within 1-2 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. Another notification will be emailed with tracking information once your order has been shipped via Australia Post.

Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. TEACHERLATTE is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have any issues, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Change of address

Requests for change of address can be made via prior to your order being shipped. If your order is not delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you may wish to have it reshipped for an additional $10 fee for Australian orders, or $20 fee for International orders.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
